1 / HOW CAN ELUCI DESIGN HELP ME?

Eluci takes the guesswork out of meeting retailer imaging specs. A noncompliant image keeps your product from getting to the grocery shelf, and missing retail deadline can cost you three or six months while you wait for another review! Eluci gets it done right the first time.

2 / HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?

We charge $49 per item. When you ship 5 or more items for imaging, your cost is $22 per item. Contact us for special pricing for 10 or more items.

3 / HOW MANY IMAGES DO I GET?

We photograph all sides of your package. 

4 / HOW DO I GET MY IMAGES?

Eluci will email your images to you in JPG and PSD format.

5 / HOW SOON WILL I GET MY IMAGES?

Our usual turnaround is 2 days from the time your packaged is delivered. Have an urgent deadline? Let us know! We’ll help you get your images FAST.

6 / WHERE DO I SHIP MY ITEMS?

Contact us for shipping instructions by filling out a quick form. (Knowing your product is coming helps us plan fastest turnaround) Select GET MY IMAGES to get started!

7 / HOW MANY ITEMS SHOULD I SEND?

Send only one package (unit) per item. If you have several varieties of an item to image, send one of each.

8 / WILL I GET MY PRODUCT BACK?

If you’d like your item(s) returned, please include a prepaid return label with your shipment.
